Create an account and you are automatically on the Free plan for 14 days — full access to OCR, templates, inventory, and POS within the stated daily limits. After 14 days your account moves to a read-only paywall state until you subscribe. Your data is preserved the entire time.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference against your current billing period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current period so you keep paid features until the cycle ends. Excess team members are disabled (not deleted) after a downgrade and restored automatically when you upgrade again.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paystack handles Nigerian Naira (NGN) with card, bank transfer, and mobile money. Stripe handles USD, CAD, GBP, and EUR worldwide. Your currency is selectable at checkout.

Basic, Pro, and Enterprise unlock dataset chat (ask questions in natural language), semantic search across your folders, AI-powered bank reconciliation matching, expected-payments tracking, and product matching from receipts. Everything runs on GPT-4 Vision and Gemini 2.5 Flash.

You will get an in-app and email notification as you approach the limit. You can upgrade your plan, delete old files, or export datasets as CSV to free up space. Existing data remains accessible — only new uploads are blocked until space is available.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We have data-processing agreements with our AI providers so your documents are never used for model training. You can export datasets to CSV or Google Sheets and download original documents at any time.
