Create an account and you are automatically on the Free plan for 30 days — full access to every feature (OCR, templates, inventory, POS, bank reconciliation, AI datasets, export), metered by volume (7 Receipt/Invoice scans, 1 reconciliation, 14 manual receipts; inventory and POS are unlimited). After 30 days you get a 10-day grace window where you can still sell and export; then your data is parked (hidden, never deleted) and restored the moment you subscribe.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference against your current billing period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current period so you keep paid features until the cycle ends. Excess team members are disabled (not deleted) after a downgrade and restored automatically when you upgrade again.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paystack handles Nigerian Naira (NGN) with card, bank transfer, and mobile money. Stripe handles USD, CAD, GBP, and EUR worldwide. Your currency is selectable at checkout.
Basic, Pro, and Enterprise unlock dataset chat (ask questions in natural language), semantic search across your folders, AI-powered bank reconciliation matching, expected-payments tracking, and product matching from receipts. Everything runs on GPT-4 Vision and Gemini 2.5 Flash.
Storage is unlimited on every plan — scans are the only volume meter. Free includes 7 receipt/invoice scans, Basic includes 15 per calendar month (resetting on the 1st), and Pro and Enterprise are unlimited. If you run out, everything you have already scanned stays fully accessible and the rest of the product keeps working; only new scans wait for your next month or an upgrade. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We have data-processing agreements with our AI providers so your documents are never used for model training. You can export datasets to CSV or Google Sheets and download original documents at any time.
